"Guess the Childhood Story" is a game that lets team members share a bit of their personal history in a fun, engaging way. It encourages bonding and can reveal surprising facts about colleagues, adding an extra connection layer.

- Before the party, ask your team members to anonymously write down a brief, interesting, or funny story from their childhood. Let them know it should be a story they are comfortable sharing and one they haven't previously shared with the team.
- Collect all the stories and number each one. Create a display of all the numbered stories.
- At the event, each participant is writing the name of the participants to him/herself. They match the childhood stories to the corresponding team members by writing the story number next to each person's name.
- The person who matches the most stories correctly wins. In the event of a tie, have a few extra stories ready for a tiebreaker round.
- After the game, consider reading the stories and revealing who each belongs to. This often results in shared laughter and deeper connections among the team.
